Arboricultural Impact Assessment - Lords Cricket Ground (October 2018)

Our client Marylebone Cricket Club was seeking to redevelop the Compton and Edrich stands at Lords Cricket Ground to provide 31’000 seats along with state of teh art hospitality and catering facilities. The £50m proposal involved the loss of a number of mature London plane trees that were protected by a Tree Preservation Order.

In combination with the Project Architects Wilkinson Eyre and the Landscape Architects Gross Max we were able to prepare a robust Arboricultural Impact Assessment and advise on replanting in mitigation for the loss of protected trees which assisted with obtaining planning permission granted in January 2019
